Yes, the name they use for the function is fantastically
badly chosen.
Still better than Outlook claiming to "forward" a mail when
it actually copies only the text plus the essence of some
technically irrelevant headers somehow. But it certainly
explains why the same "inventors" love "PRA".

There's no clear definition of the differences, we could add
"relaying" for the complete chaos also known as SMTP. Tiny
little mazes, all different... ;-)
