OK, I'd like to collect more opinions on this thread today
and then reformulate my position at the end of the day.
I'm all for tolerating compatibility too. There's a difference between
tolerating and creating, though. I don't think you should do anything that
intentionally breaks or prevents others from working with SPF. I also
think we need to move ahead with your work and not bog ourselves down
dragging a standard along with us which was created by a company proven to
not "work and play well with others."
