Yes, you can. I certainly do.. For a small site, simply tell people not to
use mail reflectors without SRS or SES setup. For a medium size site, you
can whitelist the specific external mail reflectors not using SES or SRS
which wind up forwarding mail along from sites that publish restrictive SPF
records, such as mine.
