PRA-encumbered software cannot be distributed in source form without all
participants signing licenses with Microsoft.
PRA cannot be implemented in software without notifying Microsoft that one is
doing so.
The myriad roadblocks those facts raise will define the limits of potential
acceptance of the technology, from any of the viewpoints of development,
distribution, or actual use. Personally, I thought Sender-ID was DOA as
soon as I read the license, but some people seem to be having trouble
accepting that.
