Was that about me ?  I'm violently against abusing v=spf1
policies for PRA tests.  I fully support Chris' reasoning:

If people really love PRA, let them opt-in with an op=pra
in v=spf1 syntax (resp. spf2.0/pra,mfrom in MARID syntax).

I'll post a revised draft adding "pra" to the options.  The
stuff about "helo" and "meng" is not yet finished (missing
MUST PASS or reject, etc.).
