Re: web page on sender ID

Meng,

Sometimes it best to kept it to a minimum or nothing mentioned at all.

At best, I would just say something along the lines:

USING SENDERID REQUIRES SPF

SPF is an independent Domain based authentication protocols. Sender-ID
requires SPF for implementation. It is an higher level protocol which
attempts to address the "forwarding problem or issue" [link] where
responsible
domains no longer have an association with the sender IP address thus
causing
a potential for false positives. Sender-ID is one higher level usage of SPF
addressing this issues. Other higher level protocols such SRS is also
available. [link]

Something like the above. short and sweet.

Subject: [spf-discuss] web page on sender ID

I would like spf.pobox.com to have a page on Sender ID that
accurately reflects the SPF community's position on the
matter, but as I have been given very little time (a little
over 12 hours to comply with this ultimatum), could someone
please put together a page that I can link to from
index.html?

thanks
