Dave Crocker requested a BoF for current IETF IESG declined at this time.
Note: This is different then situation with MASS where IESG decided to
postpone 2nd BoF until next IETF in Minneapolis (most likely).
It might be that BoFs for both of these groups will in fact happen in
Minneapolis and WGs formed shortly thereafter.
