I've done yet another review of my libspf2 documentation. The
differences between this version and the pre4 version are all cosmetic
and editorial, and that seems like a good sign that I should release
it as a final draft.
Again, this document is *not* intended to be an official statement of
what SPF-classic is, I think that will need to be decided in an more
open fashion by the SPF council.
