If you use the proper tools, there is no need to restart BIND either. If
your zone information is dynamic (needs frequent updating), you can use
the 'nsupdate' tool that is specifically made for this task. The changes
it makes to zone files will be effective immediately. See 'man 8 nsupdate'.
