No, it is an RFC 8221 syntax error "not FQDN and not address literal".
So he says "HELO oem.computer" and all are happy, the
Bzzt... wrong. There is no toplevel domain "computer" therefore
"oem.computer" cannot be a FQDN therefore "oem.computer" cannot
be an RFC 2821 compliant mailserver.
