Not that I know anything about IPv6, but I continued to ask
here until I got the idea of dual-cidr-length, and the example
was fixed to use RfC 3849. There's IMHO no parsing problem:
"directive" is separated by 1*SP, name has no ":", therefore
"directive" vs. "modifier" is always clear. The names of the
mechanisms contain no ":", it's also no "prefix". therefore
"ip4:", "ip6:", etc. are fine.
