I realize that the SPF council was not able to resolve all remaining
issues with the current SPF draft, but I have felt it best to send
what I have off to the IETF anyway. I think what we have is good
enough to start another round of reviews on the IETF mailing lists,
the -00 draft is due to expire soon, and I wanted to make it clear to
Ted and Scott that the SPF community is moving forward with a new
draft.
