Is violation of RFC822 no technical reason? The mail is not valid if it
does not contain at least one originator and receiver field each.

RFC822:
    message     =  fields *( CRLF *text )       ; Everything after

    fields      =    dates                      ; Creation time,
                     source                     ;  author id & one
                   1*destination                ;  address required
