What stopped them from publishing empty SPF2.0/PRA record (as seen in
SID draft) or is MS somehow reacts to that different then if SPF
record is not present at all?
I don't know what stopped Earthlink from opt-ing out of the PRA
checks. I *think* MS follows the spec, but I don't know for sure.
