Don't worry, I know precisely whose idea that originally was,
but I didn't find the thread where Mark Lentczner and others
discussed it here for the post-MARID emergency v=spf1 draft.

I'll handle that as it pleases me.  You said that s single
record for HELO and MAIL FROM is as silly as a single record
for MAIL FROM and PRA.  And similar assumptions led to the
temporary removal of %{h} in Mark's emergency draft.  IIRC
William and I supported this, maybe you also did.  Bye, Frank
