Many SPF implementations will not check HELO if a non-empty MAIL FROM

We have it as SHOULD for about a year now in the spec., and Julian
updated Mail::SPF::Query in the last weeks, does it really not check HELO
in its default configuration ?
What's a Mail::SPF::Query default configuration?
Seriously, M:S:Q does _not_ perform an independent HELO check -- it never
did and never will. I even documented this in 1.999 RC3. M:S:Q only uses
the HELO identity if MAIL FROM is empty.
