If it's documented it's at least no bug. Ignoring a SHOULD needs a good
excuse. The opposition tries weird things like HELO smtp.xyzzy.claranet.
de, a HELO check would catch that.
I know, I know. :-( This is sort of a design limitation of M:S:Q. Other,
non-legacy libraries (including Mail::SPF) should allow for the separate
checking of HELO and MAIL FROM identities.
