There are ESMTP params for MAIL FROM and RCPT TO. Here is a blue sky
idea: It would be nice if MFROM signatures could be passed as
an ESMTP param to MFROM, rather than uglifying the MFROM. The only
trick is convincing all MTAs everywhere to echo it on a RCPT TO
ESMTP param.
