I can understand that, anything remotely anti-spam mixed with
"upgrade all MTAs" has a deployment problem.  Fortunately SPF
doesn't depend on worldwide deployment.  We only need the bad
guys to fear SPF allowing them the easy strategy "just don't
forge SPF FAIL protected addresses".  From there it's a self-
fulfilling prophercy - no matter how many decades it takes to
get "worldwide adoption".
