This is a discussion probably better suited to spf-help.
All of your ip4: mechanisms can be compacted using proper CIDR Notation.

Since mail.beachcomp.com does not HAVE an MX record (it is an MX for
beachcomp.com, but that's different), mx:mail.beachcomp.com will never match
with anything.
