Verizon blocks SRS signed MFROM. While big ISP recipients that reject SPF
FAIL without user forwarder lists are forcing forwarders to use SRS, Verizon is
taking the opposite tack and forcing forwarders to *not* use SRS. The poor
forwarders end up having to keep tables of which bozos are forcing them
to use SRS, and which are forcing them to not use it.
