Your SPF record says that NO servers are allowed to send email.

I suggest you either:

1) Use your charter.com account to send mail
2) Contact GoDaddy and get them to change your SPF record to allow you
to send mail from your domain via Charter's mail server.

Again, I don't think "Junior" is subscribed to the list.  I merely 
forwarded his contact form submission here.  He'll probably appreciate a 
personal CC, though.

(I guess I need to make the fact that I'm forwarding messages received from 
the contact form more clear in the future...  Sorry for the confusion.)
