It does not. It only authorizes HELO. I have pointed this out on
several occasions now, yet you keep talking about sending mail
(MAIL FROM).
The HELO command is the first command in a SMTP session intended to
transfer mail from client to server. What purpose does it serve to
authorize a host to HELO that you do not authorize to send mail (issue a
MAILFROM command with your return-path)? If it is not authorized to
issue MAILFROM, it has no legitimate need to HELO.
