RE: problem with handling conditional for loops

2005-04-27 07:13:16
I want to execute a second for loop IF AND ONLY IF the first for loop
doesnt satisfy the condition. How do I go about doing it in XSL ?

What do you mean by a for loop not satisfying a condition? Do you mean, if
it was executed zero times? In that case:

<xsl:variable name="nodes" select=".....">
<xsl:choose>
<xsl:when test="$nodes">
   <xsl:for-each select="$nodes">
     ...
   </xsl:for-each>
</xsl:when>
<xsl:otherwise>
   <xsl:for-each ...
</

Please give me some suggestion.
