I like key delegation too. But I had to think about it for a second time
before I realised how appropriate it is (I started thinking about elections,
and the difference betweena delegate and a representative).
I also like duplicate elimination.

I like "key delegation" but most people hearing it for the first time won't
have a clue. A good technical term is self-explanatory (at least used in
the proper context).
Key delegation might be a very nice way of describing it for advanced
thinkers, even if not all de-duplication is key delegation. (Are you always
delegating keys when one deduplicates a list?)
