I think you could bypass qmail by delivering mail directly
through your MDA (e.g procmail). Use the mda option for this.
fetchmail -mda '/usr/bin/procmail -d %T'
Note that this doesn't currently work in multidrop configurations,
unless your procmail scripts parses the additional arguments into
addresses and delivers there as well.
