Actually, Craig, you didn't raise my hackles at all.  The plus-sign-with-MM
problem is something I learned from.

Now, though, I have people who bitch and moan about parsers following RFC-822
rules instead of what they think are the `right' rules.  For example,
`obviously', a space should delimit destination addresses instead of comma.

You can't win.  ;-)

I think there are very few parsers which properly follow RFC-822.  Certainly,
the standard Unix mail tool does not.
