I have just reviewed al the ietf-822 mail on this topic, and I now
want to join Valdis Kletnieks and others in saying:
Let's reach closure and get this sucker out the door ...
I think the recent pause to review all this about Richtext was worth
the time and effort, because now we all understand the issues and the
situation. But now it is time to move it out...
MY current rising fear is that the longer we stall here, the more
likley the whole thing will disolve into more and more tuning
discussions on this and other topics.
This discussion is taking on some of the character of a cancer, with a
threat of uncontrolled and uncontrollable growth.
