CLOSURE NOW! Re: Showstopper from EUnet for RFC-MIME

My vote (4 days before the Nordunet ETF group meets again):

1) Vote for closure of MIME NOW.
2) Vote for adoption of RFC-CHAR as a standards-track RFC
3) Vote for the inclusion of MNEMONIC (when standardized) into the list
   of "all-or-none" that currently includes RFC-HDR and RFC-MIME.

I haven't the foggiest idea where the document listing point 3) belongs
in the IETF/IESG/IAB 'scheme of things', but there should be such a place..
