adopt application/html. HTML is at least eyeballable, unlike RTF,
PostScript, etc. The same can be said of text/enriched.
That was always the way I figured we would distinguish the two cases.
So I think they are both properly named.
I predict that text/enriched, when it comes into full use, will be no more
legible than RTF without a viewer. Less, probably, because of the nesting
rule and the way indentation is handled.
The only thing saving text/enriched now is the scarcity of powerful
composition programs to output it.
