Actually, I think it's proper. HTML is text, and it is useful to present
raw HTML to the user if you can't interpret it. So text is a good choice.
I think text/rtf may have been a better choice than application/rtf.
But the top-level type doesn't really matter all that much anyway.
Right, I agree, but they really should both either be text/ or application/
