I think the most useful thing would be more uniform use of the terms:
boundary
boundary parameter
encapsulation boundary
delimiter
The grammar seems to use "delimiter" and "boundary" for more or less what
the text calls "encapsulation boundary" and "boundary parameter",
respectively.
Sounds like clearing this up is what you have in mind; looking forward to
seeing it.
