Certainly "many" spammers don't care about rejects, but "most" is
not supported by the evidence.  It's possible that most spammer
don't care about rejects, but unless you have numbers, let's please
limit the over generalizations.

In line with your point about computing "false positive," how do you
define "most spammers"?  By messages transmitted?  Warm spammer bodies?
Domain names?  Obvious aliases but that you've not yet related to other
obvious aliases?  Spam in your personal mailbox?   

As I keep saying, there are only a few serious spammers, but they
are quite varied.
