not supported by the evidence.  It's possible that most spammer

Okay: Over a 18 month period of which a domain was completely de-MXed, and 100% failures, the amount of spam going to it went from 20,000/day to 800,000/day. A 40 fold increase. While that doesn't necessarily say whether it's "most" rather than "many", a 40-fold increase suggests that if it's not "most", it's a whole heck of a lot.

"Millions CDs" tend not to remember NDRs too well.

As I keep saying, there are only a few serious spammers, but they
are quite varied.

I agree with you on that point. In fact, considerably fewer "serious spammers" than you mentioned in another email.
