Yes. I am. I've been aware of this work since its inception, and have
discussed it with Paul Kane, chair of the authoring body, at several
points during its genesis. I made no public comment on the report, it
has been the subject of discussion on the registrars constitutency list.

I don't consider whois:43 to be any part of the solution-space.
