Of course spammers will react to SPF. If you can think of specific
actions they will take, let's discuss them.
I've already thought of one response; the "throwaway domain" scenario
is addressed in the FAQ at
http://spf.pobox.com/faq.html#noprevent
Doesn't this entire proposal tend to a blacklist?
