BTW, I was thinking about your comments and those by Jon about
no-soliciting generating implied consent (e.g., if I don't
have a no shooting shirt on you can shoot me). I'm not sure
I agree. With no trespassing signs, at least out here in the
forest where I live, the sign tells you not to go on a specific
piece of property.
Out in our neck of the woods one has to post no trespassing/
no hunting signs, else hunting is implicitly permitted. But
that's really neither here nor there. Personally I would like
something (perhaps in the introduction) saying that the mere
presence of this document is in no way to be taken as an endorsement
of opt-out unsolicited bulk email.
