Yes, and when that gets solved, there will be a new problem. Remember
when the problem was open relays? That's solved, spam is still here.
Stop or significantly slow that and they're defunct, they can't hit
us with billions of msgs per day for the paltry sums they're
earning.
Unless they find another method of emitting spam. I can think of
several (which I'm going to hope don't get known, so they won't be
revealed).
But for the love all that is good and right let's try to agree on
what the problem is.
The problem isn't the sending technique they're using this month.
