Demonstrably true:
DK -> DKIM-00 broke header formats.
DKIM-00 to 01 broke policy/SSP.
DKIM-00 to 01 deprecated and replaced a canonicalization.
DKIM-00 to 01 introduced third-party signatures.
01 to 02 is already discussing substituting TXT for specialized RRs.
and that's before the WG has been formed and attacked the specs.
Having said all that, we need to be very mindful of the folk who are
early adopters. They are our friends and promoters. We need to look
after them as best we can and making the specs too much of a moving
target is seriously disadvantageous.
