We had a long thread about this that I summarised, thus kicking
off an even longer thread (don't do it again, please - say what
you think about the threats doc instead!)
Serge Aumont, who's involved in some Internet2 work sent me a
link [1] to a wiki page where he tried to further summarise.
This issue is really just to get the topic on the Dallas agenda,
though I'm not sure I expect it to be fully resolved there.
