At last! You have recognized the real problem. According to whichever of
these situations is relevant for the particular case, you need to look at
the From, or the Sender, or some List-*, or whatever else header.
Now, are you proposing, suggesting, hinting, a new possible technical
constructs for NEWS?
"The NEWS SERVER/DOMAIN" signs everything"
That might come some day, but for the forseeable future I think we have to
plan without that one.
