John's scenario "after a good NY times signature I don't care about
any SSP from the author(s)" makes sense, but the opposite scenario
"I don't care about 3rd party signatures from unknown strangers" is
also okay. Ditto a receiver policy "I don't bother to check DKIM
at all if there is no chance to reject the mail based on SSP".
