That's a trivial specific case, of a general problem important in
spamfighting. While a perfect solution would indeed require an extension
to SMTP, we have ways to approach it.
LMTP would be a fine extension to SMTP, for these purposes.
But why not accept, then later bounce, messages with good DKIM signatures?
That should be acceptable where the signing domain and return-path domain
match, should it not? Otherwise, send the notification to the author.
