OMG.  As in, wow.

I propose changing from:

      <section
          title="Introduction">

          <t>DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) permits a person, role, or
             organization that owns the signing domain to claim some
             responsibility for a message by associating the domain with the
             message. This can be an author's organization, an operational relay
             or one of their agents.

to:

       <section
          title="Introduction">

          <t>DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) permits a person, role, or
             organization to claim some responsibility for a message by
             associating a domain name <xref
                target="RFC1034" /> with the message. This can be an author's
             organization, an operational relay or one of their agents.
             ...

Note that the sentence is slightly modified, which is the reason I'm running
this past the wg. It defers reference to "signing" domain until later.
