I was about 95% certain that you were making a joke. Alas, when jokes
get canonicalized into UTF-8, the tone of voice bits frequently get
stripped out, and the MUA has to infer them.
However, statements like, "Yahoo is playing games with us" is an ad
hominem attack. A statement like, "Yahoo still hasn't given us a
definitive IPR, and that concerns me" is not an ad hominem attack.
The sender should not rely upon the receiver's ability to translate the
former into the latter.
