It looks like the current draft of the sieve vacation extension isn't good
enough to satisfy the requirements of draft-moore-auto-email-response-04.
Specifically, it needs a way to specify the From: address explicitly in
the script (see Section 3.1.1 of draft-moore-auto-email-response-04).
I suspect that this can be done with a simple :from parameter added to the
vacation command.
