The base spec (section 2.6.10, at the end) requires that the user is
informed of errors, in which case the message is kept.  In case this means
there must be means by which Sieve can also send messages in absence of
errors, we really need to document that in the base spec.  Otherwise,
you can not rely on being able to generate warnings.
