I did, and when I made it, I didn't intend it to be taken as "SPF has
zero end-user impact". It has a good deal of end-user impact,
particularly when the end-user is mobile. I meant to emphasize that the
bulk of the operational changes are server-side in SPF rather than
client-side, and that it's one of the proposals that swings more towards
server-side burden. I apologize; I'm trying to be clear in my
statements, but I seem to be failing.
