I also think this is a bad idea, as it makes it much easier for the DNS 
response to run into size barriers.
Generally, DNS works best via UDP packets smaller than about 500 bytes, 
as has been dicussed here before.
Multiple protocols (and multiple versions of a protocol) make these 
barriers loom large.
