There's no question that mail coming from those unlisted servers can't
be accredited. But there is still benefit in getting the other 19
listed and accrediting mail from them. Right now, there's an "all or
nothing" requirement for listing your outbound servers. "All" is
certainly the goal, but "some" is better than "none."
Uh, C-ID proposal may be all or nothing, but the SPF softfail result
is designed for just such situations. Also, with SPF you can use the
exists: mechanism to help track down those hard-to-find outgoing SMTP
servers.
